Austria, you are building the wrong track record with such cases of "The Conspiracy of Silence."
In other cultures / countries, The Mother of the House would have NOT allowed something like that to happen.
The Father of the House would have been reported to police, sentenced & jailed, then raped to death by a few determined inmates, for which there are crimes and CRIMES.
If the justice is too goddamn blind - well, the inmates with a sense of morality left in them are NOT blind.
