hi,
I have approved labor & I-140 with my employer and they filed for my H1B extension. If i would like to change the employer, what is the process i should go through with new employer regarding my GC? will they have to apply labor again for me or can they use this approved labor & I-140 and continue my GC from then so that i will not lose my priority date? If they cannot use my labor, is there any other way to use my priority date. Please advise on how to proceed...
Thanks in advance...

I think everybody is battle-weary!
But there is another battle ahead - whenever CIR is tabled.

I filed I-485 in Jan 2007 under EB-1 in Nebraska Service Center. Got finger-print, EAD, AP in April. No other status update after that. Online case registration shows LUD for April.
- Online processing dates show "Dec 19, 2006" for EB-1 I-485. Any idea when I should expect any updates ? What will be the next steps involved ?
- Any way to find out whether my application is sent to name-check ?
- Anyone else in the same boat ? If you filed around Jan/Feb 2007, please do reply back to this thread, or my email vinay.shah73@gmail.com
Thanks!

This is what, I saw on Ron's forum. We would need to continue what IV has been suggesting since long .....
Can USCIS be sued for picking files in random ( the only time they budge is when a federal judge put an order ).
Ron Gotcher: Anyone can be sued for anything. In the absence of a large, well funded group of plaintiffs, however, I don't see this kind of suit going anywhere. For now, the remedy is Congress. Organize a group to initiate a letter writing campaign to Congress. Write to your own Congressman, your two Senators, and the chairs of the Senate (Kennedy) and House (Loftgren) immigration sub-committees. Get the facts straight and offer as much emprical evidence as possible. If Congress were to receive 100,000 such letters, they would definitely do something about this problem.

Hi,
perm filed on 03/13/2010. Today my employer HR emailed me that my case was selected for audit. They didn't give me any letter confirming that my case is really selected for audit, on the other hand instructed me to sign ETA form 9089 and send back the original form. ETA form has OMB Approval : 1205-0451. Does that mean that my case has been approved and my employer is lying to me? I read somewhere case filed electronically are needed to be signed and original form be sent back for final processing.
Please advice.
Regards
Joe
